You, as client, invite a perceptive and intuitive guide (a wellness counselor) trained to listen, empathize and offer encouragement, to walk by your side as you dig deep, work to peel away the layers, to identify and understand what your feeling and truly need.

When you book with me you get:

  • 4 - 45-minute counseling sessions (booked in one month)

  • Email followup (during business hours) between sessions and one week after fourth session.


You'll need to accept that you have to do the work.

You will uncover strengths, ambitions, dreams and tools that are already living inside of you. If you need to set goals, your counselor can help and even help you stay accountable to those goals.


Your counselor will help you speak your truth, add to your self care tool kit and encourage you to act authentically.
