Healing by Nature's Intent, LLC currently ships to all residential and commercial addresses in the contiguous United States. Orders are shipped on regular business days - Monday-Friday: 8:30am-4:15pm CST - from Mankato, MN, or the nearest post office. All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service based on parcel specifications such as weight, dimensions and destination, with an estimated delivery is 7-14 days. Shipping details and tracking information will be sent via email once your order is shipped.


Please note:

  • We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.

  • Orders placed late in the day may not ship out until the following business day.

  • Items damaged in shipment will be replaced at no cost only when communication of incident is accompanied by photographic documentation.


All carrier shipping guidelines apply to shipments, so please familiarize yourself with them via the USPS website or a conversation with a postal worker. Healing by Nature's Intent, LLC is NOT responsible for packages stolen from a residence or for issues with a shipping carrier.

The information/situation will be reviewed and an attempt made to facilitate meaningful and rational communication to resolve the issue.

RETURNS: If it is determined an item is best returned for quality control purposes, Healing by Nature’s Intent, LLC will work with you.

  1. Returns are not accepted for product(s) that is opened or used.

  2. Orders that are over 30 days past the delivery date are not returnable.

  3. All authorized product returns must be in their original package, unopened and or unused.

  4. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There is a 20% restocking fee on all orders that are refused, undeliverable due to insufficient address or flagged as unclaimed.

REFUNDS: If a refund is warranted/desired, refunds will be granted on a case by case basis and sent back via the original payment method often withing 24-48 hours (PayPal payments are subject to PayPal refund policies and procedures).

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order receipt.
