As a holistic health practitioner, I’m here to empower you to learn the power you already have inside and to hold space for anyone interested in learning about or remembering their true wants and needs.

I aspire to teach the value of self care and emotional wellness, and about the many tools available to fill one’s emotional self-care/wellness tool kit. These tools include (but are not limited to) nature/outdoor time and plant medicine, breath work, meditation, silence and quiet, positive affirmations, logged-off time, or cultural and social connection.

I take pride in taking the time to understand what each client needs in order to reach their individual, optimal well-being.

I’m a Wellness Counselor and selfcare advocate. I believe that health and well-being are influenced by the interconnection of our physical body (including our emotions and thoughts), our spiritual beliefs and rituals, cultural identity and practices, the community of which we are a part, and our environment. All of these things work together to lead us to creating new habits, boosting overall health and well-being.

I’m a holistic, Western bioregional Herbalist - though my approach is influenced by the Eclectic tradition, it draws upon many influences -  offering artisan, small-batch, handcrafted herbal products. I believe in the power that plants have in facilitating the body's inherent ability to heal itself; if we are open and receptive to the medicine and healing powers they offer.

I’m a lifelong learner, self-studying Forest Therapy, aromatics, all things new and old about happiness and well-being, all while gardening, reading, eating, drinking tea, wildharvesting, adventuring, and being wife and mother.

It's wonderful to meet you!
